Seek His Kingdom Mission is currently an independent online Christian ministry. It does not presently represent itself as a registered trust, society or tax-exempt organization.

Who we are

Seek His Kingdom Mission (“SHK Mission”, “we”, “us”) is an independent online Christian ministry based in India. This website is https://shkmission.org and we can be reached at contact@shkmission.org.

This policy explains, in plain language, what information this website handles and how. It is written to be accurate about what the website actually does. It does not claim compliance with any specific legal framework; if the ministry’s activities or legal status change, this policy will be reviewed and updated.

What this website does not do

  • It does not set tracking or advertising cookies.
  • It does not use analytics services that profile visitors.
  • It does not require an account, login or membership.
  • It does not process payments or donations.
  • It does not sell, rent or trade personal information.

The website is a static site. Pages are delivered by our web host and standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request) may be kept by the hosting provider for security and troubleshooting, as is normal for any website.

Information you choose to send us

The website has two forms. Each one is voluntary. You decide what to share.

Contact form

If you use the contact form you may provide your name, email address, a subject and a message. We use this only to read and reply to your message.

Prayer request form

If you send a prayer request you may provide your name (optional), your email address (optional), the request itself, and whether you want the request kept private. We use this information only for the purpose of praying for you and, if you gave an email address, responding to you.

Sensitive prayer requests will not intentionally be published. Prayer requests marked private or confidential are treated as such and are not shared beyond those directly involved in praying for the ministry’s requests. We ask you not to include other people’s sensitive personal details without their permission.

Free study books

Study books are collected in person at announced ministry camps. The website takes no book requests, postal addresses or shipping details, and there is no download or postal delivery at present.

How form data travels

The forms on this website send information only when a delivery service has been connected by the ministry. Until then, the form shows you a notice and invites you to email us directly; nothing is transmitted from the page.

When a delivery service is connected, form contents are sent to the ministry’s email address (or an equivalent secure endpoint) so that we can read and respond. We will keep this policy updated to describe the service in use.

How long we keep information

We keep messages and prayer requests only for as long as is needed to respond and follow up. You may ask us at any time to delete information you have sent, by emailing contact@shkmission.org.

Sharing

We do not share personal information with third parties, except where required by law.

Children

This website is intended for general audiences. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before submitting any personal information.

This website may link to other websites and, once announced, to the ministry’s official video and social channels. Those services have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Your choices

You can use this website without submitting any personal information. If you have shared information with us and would like it corrected or deleted, please email contact@shkmission.org.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
